Hi,
Are the external drives connected using an USB hub or directly to the USB ports of the computer?

Were the external drives bought together in the same time? They could have the same volume ID and you need to format one of them to get a new ID.

Hi,
FBackup supports only the Full and Mirror backup types. If you want to use the Incremental backup type, I suggest you to try our commercial edition: Backup4all

Hi,
Things are not working like that.

If you added Eudora folder, all its files and subfolders will be added to the backup list.

You can uncheck the unwanted files and folders but you cannot remove them from the backup list.
