That is not a problem with FBackup, but with the computer. There is no need to send the logs.

Hi,
Can you monitor FBackup with DebugView (freeware application) when it won't start?

Before opening FBackup, make sure DebugView is running. Send me the debug log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Do you have the same problem if you manually copy the PST files from one computer to another?

Please send me a backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Did you replaced the "user name" with your account name?

If the folder is not there, search "Softland" on your computer.
