Hi,
Please open Backup Properties->Mirror.

Select the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option and run again the backup.

Hi,
Please note you should not back up system folders, as FBackup was not designed for system backup, but for data files backup only.

Hi,
You cannot do that with FBackup as it uses a local catalog which is deleted when changing the destination.

You can do that only with Backup4all, our commercial edition. It includes an option to disable the local catalog usage.

Open Backup Properties->Filters->Add exclude

Here you can add the extension of the files you want to exclude.
