Hi,
That split option is to split the resulting zip files by the number of source files included in each archive.

For large number of files, you can split the zip files in order to include each one only 100,000 files.

Hi,
Please open FBackup, go to Tools->Options->Startup.

Make sure the "Close to tray" and "Minimize to tray" options are not checked.

Hi,
If you use the "Clear backup" option, a complete backup will be performed next time you run the backup, no matter which other options you selected.

Hi,
Deleted files will not be deleted in the destination drive unless a new source file is created or modified anywhere on the source drive. By "source file" I mean a file that is included in the backup sources list.

Hi,
No, you misunderstood.

For example: if you use the Mirror backup type, only new and modified files are backed up. If you want to clear the old backup files and run a complete backup, you can check that option.
