Hi,
The .pst files can be open only by Outlook. You can compare the size and date of the file in destination with the size and date of the source .pst file.

Hi,
The compressed files cannot be just open as the other files uncompressed.

Probably when you copy the file to desktop, it is uncompressed.

You need to extract those files from archive before opening them.

No other user reported such a problem before and we do not have such problems here.

Please make sure there is no antivirus blocking the application.

Is FBackup still running in Task manager?

Hi,
You cannot do that.

The backup jobs and settings are saved for each user individually.

If you want to use the same settings for all users, you need to use our commercial product: Backup4all.

That plugin is installed by default with FBackup.

You can also find it in the FBackup installation folder, under Plugins subfolder.
