Hi,
Yes, Backup4all keeps multiple versions of the same files.

If you use the Incremental backup type, only new and modified files will be backed up.

2. What version of FBackup you have?

3. Please try to start FBackup under a different compatibility mode.

4. Were you able to start and use FBackup before on that machine?

The Backup4all key is per computer, not per user. You can install it one a single computer only.
