You cannot back up your phone using FBackup. The phone must have a drive letter assigned by Windows.

What about if you also delete the registry entries for FBackup after uninstalling it?

FBackup uses it's own backup catalog for each backup job to store information about the backed up files and their attributes.
The archive bit or any other attribute of the sources, is not changed.
