It's not like that. As long as in the top of the selection box you have a backup plugin, you cannot add other files/folders to the current job.
The option has to be "Selection of files and folders"

Hi,
You used a backup plugin for that job.
In such a case, you cannot manually add other sources to the backup job.
You need to create a new backup job where you manually select the backup sources.

Hi, You should be able to manually run a backup even if it's scheduled. That is not a problem. Please open Backup Properties->Advanced, then uncheck the "Smart file scanning mode" option. Press Save and run again the backup. Are the files backed up correctly? If not, please send us the las...

Hi,
You need to select "Network drives" option in the New Backup Wizard.
In Backup Properties->Destination, mapped drives can be found under "Local Disks" drop down list.

Please try to map the network drive and use the mapped drive as backup destination, or try to manually access the network share in File Explorer, before running the backup.

1. Is the backup scheduled? If yes, do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup?
