Please send us the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log and also the .fkc backup catalog from View->Open Folder->Catalog Folder.

The destination drive size does not matter.

If you can see and use that external drive in Windows Explorer, you will be able to see and use it in FBackup too.

Please make sure you can copy/delete files from the second external hard drive.

I'm sorry to hear that you have problems using FBackup.

For 502 MB of data, the backup should take only few minutes.
The problem you seems to have is caused by the Volume shadow Copy service which was not working properly and it cannot be started by FBackup.
