Hi,
Please open Backup Properties for that job, go to Advanced page and check the "Run program or action" option.

Make sure the option is selected and press Save.

Run the backup and uncheck that option after the backup is finished.

Hi,
It seems Mikes used the destination external hard drive connected via an USB hub. After connecting the external drive directly into the laptop, the backup was done in 30 minutes.

Hi,
It seems you use an older version of FBackup. Please download the latest one: 4.5.236

You should always install the latest version before asking for support as there could be many fixes and features in the latest version.

Hi,
You need to edit the Backup Properties for each backup job.

Go to Backup Properties->FTP server->Edit configuration. Change the username and password.

Hi,
Make sure the external drives can be accessed by FBackup when it runs scheduled.
Please send us the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log when the deleted files are not removed from destination. Send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
