It seems the setup file was not completely downloaded to your computer.

Please delete the temporary internet files and try again to download the setup file.

Hi,
These files are not catalog files.

If you don't have the fkc file, you cannot restore the files using FBackup. You can restore the files only manually.

Hi,
Please not the zip files cannot be open with Adobe Reader. You selected once by mistake to open a zip file with Adobe Reader and Windows memorized that. The zip files can be open with WinZip.

Hi,
Both versions 4.4 and 4.5 works fine under Windows 7.
When you have that problem, please restart your computer and try again.

Hi,
We don't have such problems when launching FBackup.
Please send us the fkc catalog file from View->Open Folder->Destination folder.

Put the file into a zip archive and send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Please make sure FBackup is closed and you have enough permissions to uninstall programs.

Hi,
Please help me understand. The message folder should open in Windows Explorer and the Outlook emails with Outlook. Why are you trying to open the email (dbx file) with Adobe Reader?
