Hi,
According to the backup catalog, the backup was performed in "2010-11-14 FBackup" folder.

Can you see the files there?
Do you have the same problem with each backup job?

Please send us the .log file for the last backup job. To find it, please go to: View->Job Logs->Last Backup Log.

Put the file into a zip archive and send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Hi,
Yes, FBackup will back up your files correctly even if someone is working on the computer and opens the files to be backed up.

FBackup can back up open files if they are on a local hard drive and you use an administrator account.
