Re: Pre-populate destination folder
Hi,
You cannot do that, as FBackup will recognize only the files it backed up, as it uses the .fkc backup catalog.

Re: Every time backup is repeating full backup
Hi,
Please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination to info[at]fbackup[dot]com, to see the exact configuration you use.

Re: Cannot encrypt backup
Hi,
Do you have the same problem if you create a new backup job?
If yes, can you give me access to your computer using TeamViewer to help you configure the backup?

Re: Cannot encrypt backup
Hi,
It looks like the options are strangely selected in your screenshot.
Please open again Backup Properties->Compression.
Select "None" and uncheck the "Create independent splits" option.
Then try again to select "Standard encryption".
Do you still have the problem?

Re: Pictures folder empty when restoring
Hi,
If only one user has the images in backup, it means the other user files were probably not included in backed up.
Do you have the backup logs for that job?

Re: Version 8.3.237.0 will not run on Win10
Hi,
There are no problems with version 8.3.237 on Windows 10.
We tested it here and it works fine. No other user reported such a problem.
Please try to uninstall FBackup, restart the computer and then reinstall FBackup.

Re: VSCSRV.EXE crashing on Windows XP
Hi,
We don't have such problems here.
What about if you disable the Volume Shadow Copy service from Control Panel->Services?
