Hi,
For MS SQL: you need to stop the MS SQL server before the backup, run the backup and after that start the MS SQL Server.
For MS Exchange server: you cannot back up individual mail boxes. If a file was modified the entire file will be backed up again.

You can find it if you go to View->Job Logs->Last backup log.

Hi,
Please note FBackup was designed for data files backup only.

You should not use it to backup system files or installed programs.
