Hi,
In order to back up open files, you have to use an administrator account.

If you want to back up Outlook pst file from a limited user account, please close Outlook.

Hi,
In FBackup you can only filter the files, you cannot filter the folders.

If you want to be able to also filter the folders, please try using Backup4all, our commercial product.

Hi,
The avi files are already compressed video files. You won't get a much smaller file if you compress an avi file.

In this case, we suggest you to use the Mirror backup type.
