Hi,
You cannot schedule the backup group in FBackup. That feature is available only in our commercial edition (Backup4all).
You can manually run all your backup jobs if you right click the FBackup tray icon and select "Backup Group" and "Backup My Backup Jobs Group".

Hi,
The backup duration and also the test time depends on your destination location, data transfer upload/download speed, the backup type, the computer performance and so on.
Can you give us more details about your problem?

Hi,
You can avoid the UAC popup for FBackup only if you disable UAC.

Hi,
If you used the Mirror backup type, only new and modified files will be backed up.

If you used the Full backup type, all files will be backed up again each time you run the backup.

Hi,
Storing your personal data files on an external hard drive is safe.

Please note you should not use FBackup for system files as you won't be able to restore your system. You should use FBackup for data files only.
