Hi,
You must have permissions to access those folders.

You can try using Backup4all (our commercial version) to create a separate backup job for each user and schedule it to run with the specific user password.

In this case you can create an user just for backups. All folders should allow the access for that user. Run the backups using that user account.

Hi,
You cannot do that in FBackup.

1. Empty folders will always be backed up.

2. You cannot run a missed scheduler as soon as the computer is on.

Hi,
The testing time should be shorten than the backup time, but it depends of the destination device you use. For example, some external USB devices have the read speed less than the write speed.

You cannot do that in FBackup. The commercial version (Backup4all) include such a feature and the user can select the application to be used when opening log files.
