Hi,
You cannot backup to FTP or mapped FTP drives using FBackup.

If you want to back up to such destinations, we recommend you a commercial application: Backup4all.

At this moment, that feature is not available in FBackup.
If you need to back up files from a network location, we recommend you to try our commercial product: Backup4all
