No other user has ever reported such a problem. It seems to be related to a particular configuration or software installed on your computer.

Please make sure you have the latest version of FBackup 8.0.155 installed.
If you still have the problem, go to File->Options->Startup and updates, then uncheck the "Show tray icon" option.

Please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file for that job to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
If the files are large, please put them into a zip archive.

Do you have the latest version of FBackup installed?
You can disable the tray icon from File->Options->Startup and updates, by unchecking the "Show tray icon" option.

Do you use FBackup or Backup4all?
The backup catalog file for Backup4all has the .bkc file extension, while the backup catalog file for FBackup has the .fkc file extension.
