Hi,
If you create a new backup job (or you duplicate the existing one), are the files backed up again? as they exists in the backup sources.

Re: Delete old backup
Hi,
It seems you use the Mirror backup type.
I see you selected the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option. That will delete from destination the files deleted from sources.
Were those files deleted from sources before running the backup?

Re: Delete old backup
Hi,
What is the backup type you use? Please note the Full backup type in FBackup keeps only the latest backup version. When creating a new backup version, the old one is deleted.

Hi,
We cannot reproduce the problem here on a clean Windows 10 build 1809, with all updates installed.
I will create a ticket with the bug report you sent us.

Hi,
If you have the same problem with another application, it might be something on your computer.
Do you have any firewall or another application that might be blocking the tray icons of these 2 applications?

Re: My Documents plugin vs Microsoft Outlook plugin
Hi, If you keep the Outlook files in My Documents, that is a particular case. The Outlook plugin includes more information and settings, not only the pst files. You can uncheck them from the My Documents backup job (Backup Properties->Sources), in order to be included only by the "Outlook"...

Re: Problem when editing a schedule
Hi,
We don't have such problems here.
Do you have the same problem if you create a new scheduled task for a new backup job, created with version 7.4.497 of FBackup?

Re: backup running programs
Hi, With FBackup you can back up open files. Backing up open files has the following limitations: It works: - only on Windows XP or newer - only for users with administrator access rights to copy open files - only on local hard drives - only on NTFS formatted partitions - only if the VSS (Volume Sha...
