Hi,
If the drive letter is changed, the serial number of the destination drive will be used to identify it. FBackup will run the backup to the correct drive even if the drive letter is changed.

Re: Backup to Label not to drive letter (Windows)
Hi,
Please connect the destination drive and make sure it has the correct drive letter assigned.
Then open FBackup and go to Backup Properties->Destination->External drive (or Removable)
Select the "Lock the destination to this external hard drive" option and press Save.

Re: Problem with Scheduled Tasks
Hi,
In Control Panel->Task Scheduler, is there any error for the scheduled task?
Do you have the same problem if you schedule the backup to run after 1-2 minutes, while you are in front of the computer? Does the backup starts? Is the task executed?

Hi,
Is that a predefined OneDrive account in File->Options?
Do you have the same problem if you authenticate again when asked? Does the backup works?

Hi,
Please download the latest version 7.3.403 and try again. Microsoft changed some settings for OneDrive and the latest version includes them.

Hi,
If you use the Mirror backup type, the first time all files will be backed up. Next time, only new and modified files will be backed up.

Hi,
Please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block Backup4all and no other application is using port 8888.
What version of Backup4all do you have?
Are the credentials correct?

Hi,
You can delete the old backup in this case. What changes you made on your computer or in the backup configurations right before the problem appeared?
