Please open Backup Properties->Advanced page.
Uncheck the "Smart file scanning mode" option, if selected.
If you still have the problem, please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file (from the backup destination) to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Hi,
If the source drive letter is changed, all files will be backed up again.
In such a case, you should assign the F drive letter to your external drive, in order for FBackup to detect the sources as being the same.

Do you have the latest version of FBackup 7.1.313?
If yes, please send us the last backup log for that job (when it does not work), to info[at]fbackup[dot]com.

Do you have the latest version of FBackup 7.1.313?
If not, please install it. If you already have it, please uninstall and reinstall FBackup.
The backup jobs and settings will be preserved.

Please download FBackup 7.1.313 and disable the "Start at Windows startup" and see if you still have the problem when you manually run FBackup.
