You can use the Mirror backup type.
On the first execution, it will copy all files, then only new and modified files will be backed up.

It seems you have an invalid scheduled task.
Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler->Softland->FBackup, and remove the invalid scheduled task.
