Hi,
FBackup only starts the program interface or it also executes a backup?
If it runs a backup, please open Backup Properties->Scheduler->Edit
Go to When page, select the Trigger and press Edit.
Go to Advanced tab and see if the scheduler is set to repeat every few minutes.

Hi,
The Backup4all license is per computer. If you want to install it on two computers, you will need two licenses.

Hi,
There is no known issue about that.
Please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file for that job to info[at]fbackup[dot]com, to find what the problem is.

Hi,
Do you have multiple external drives?
When you connect them to your computer, does the backup destination changes in FBackup?

Hi,
Do you use another antivirus/firewall application?
Can you manually start the Backup4all service from Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services?

Hi,
Can you please tell us what the old destination was?
Do you have the same problem if you delete the backup job from FBackup and you open in FBackup the .fkc catalog from the backup destination?

Re: restore doesn't work
Hi, Do you have any logs for those large file backup executions? On the computer where you want to restore the backup, please install FBackup, then open the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination. That will recreate the backup job in FBackup. If you run a test for such a backup in FBackup, do...
