Hi,

Does Windows recognized the destination drive as local or as external? We get the information about the drive type from Windows OS.
If you select that backup destination drive as local, can you run the backup?

FBackup should not stop Windows shutdown unless it is running a backup at that time.

Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Delete the "FBackup 6" folder from there and restart FBackup.
Try again to create a scheduled task in FBackup.

We cannot do that as we cannot verify you are the real owner of that backup catalog/zip file. Can you extract the zip file (outside FBackup) using the same password?
If not, you need to remember the correct password.

The warning indicate the file was not backed up correctly in destination.
In this case you need to back up again that file.

If the same problem appears again on that file, please check the source file if there is something special about it.

What about if you run the scheduled backup while you are logged on in front of the computer?

Are you saying that the Outlook plugin cannot backup open PST files while the My Documents plugin can back them up?
The file permission to be accessed or not has nothing to do with the plugin file.

Please send us the last backup log for the Outlook backup job to [email protected]

At this moment there is no other solution. Please use the Full backup type.
