Hi,
A "bbackup.exe" process is used for each backup in progress.
Are you sure there are not backups running in background?

Re: switching to fbackup from filebackPC
Hi, You cannot use the files in destination copied by another application. You need to create a new backup job using the Mirror backup type, as you said. The backup process is actually running in background. Cancelling the backup will abort the backup in progress. If for some reason it does not stop...

Re: Impossible to find the specified path
Hi, Do you have the same problem if you use the UNC path instead of the mapped drive? (\\fritz.box) Are the share permissions the same on both computers? Do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup after you opened Backup4all as administrator? (right click on Backup4all.exe and selec...

Re: FBackup Plugin
Hi,
The backup seems to be performed, but the log stops after the testing phase.
Please open Task Manager and kill the bbackup.exe process and restart FBackup.
Do you still have the problem?

Re: Impossible to find the specified path
Hi,
1. Is the destination accessed as mapped drive or with UNC path?
2. Is the backup scheduled or you manually execute it?
3. Do you have the latest version of FBackup 6.3.278?

Re: catalogue multiple session
Hi,
You cannot do that in FBackup.
That option is available only in Backup4all, our commercial edition.

Re: Hoiw do I restore files from an earlier backup?
Hi, Please note FBackup keeps only the latest backup version. When you use the Full backup type, the old backup is overwritten by the new backup. If for some reasons the old file could not be deleted, it cannot be used to restore from it. You can restore only from the latest version. If you want to ...

Re: not a vild back up job
Hi,
It seems there is a scheduler for an invalid backup job.
To fix the problem, please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Delete the invalid scheduled task from there.
