Re: backup creates weid files, no backup .zip

Hi,

The zip file being large, it is split in smaller files called: .z01, .z02 etc.
They are splits, part of the same large zip file. Near those files you should have a .zip file. Opening/extracting/restoring the .zip file will also restore the files from the splits.

Hi,

Do you have the same problem for all files?

Re: I cannot access my previous backed up files/docs on FBackup

Hi,

Can you access the backup files and catalog in destination?
If yes, please open the backup catalog (.fkc file) in FBackup. That will recreate the backup job in FBackup so you can run the restore.
If you want to manually extract the files from destination, please use WinZip 9.1 or newer.

Re: Windows 10 problem

Hi,

Stopping FBackup or deleting its icon has nothing to do with the wallpaper problem you described.

Re: Backup scheduler not working

Hi,

Can you give me access to your computer using TeamViewer to see what causes the problem? Please write us an email to info[at]fbackup[dot]com to discuss when we can connect.

Hi,

If the backup file is missing, you won't be able to restore the files.

Re: Trouble restoring

Hi,

Does this file exists? \\Seagate-Cloud\usb1-1share1\Server Backup\Server Backup\4_E.zip
Is it accessible during the restore?
