Hi,
Can you find the scheduled tasks in Control Panel->Task Scheduler?
Is the user under which you select to run the job, a different one than the user you are logged in with?

In Backup Properties->Scheduler, please edit the task and make sure you selected the "Run whether the user is logged on or not" option.
