Can you manually create a scheduled task in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler and save it to see if it works (doesn't need to be for FBackup, just any task to see if it's not a problem with permissions)?

Hi, the log folder is restricted by default to 500MB, so that's the biggest size it can get to. But usually the log files for each backup are very small (under 1Mb).

No, you'll need to start backing up with Fbackup your data, it doesn't recognize backups from other programs.

Backing up OS is not such simple. At this moment FBackup is designed to perform data files backups only.

What is the backup type you use in FBackup: Full or Mirror?
Both Full and Mirror types will keep only the latest version of the backup.
If you cannot manually delete files from destination, there could be a permission issue which explains why FBackup was not able to also delete the old backups.
