Hi, You cannot do that with FBackup. Those features are included only in our commercial edition: Backup4all. If you go to Backup Properties->Type->Storage, you can set a prefix for the backup .zip archive (in case of Full). But please note that can be useful only in Backup4all as in FBackup only the...

In the backup destination drive you should have the backup zip file (if you used the Full backup type) or the backup folder (for Mirror type) and the .fkc catalog file.
Do you have them in destination?
If you ran the restore, what the restore log say?

We no longer support version 5 of FBackup.
Please upgrade to version 6 and try again to restore.

Is there any error message in "Control Panel->Task Scheduler" for that task?
Do you have the same problem if you create a new task or edit this one to run when you are in front of the computer?

No infection is in the btray.exe file.
We just run a scan of that file using virustotal.com and Avira also says that is clean.

Do you have the FBackup.exe process running in Task Manager?
Please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block FBackup.exe
