That is not a warning or error message, it is just an informal message in log. It just tell the permissions of the current user under which the backup is executed.

We recommend you to install the latest version of FBackup 6.0.157.

FBackup.exe is the main interface of FBackup, please close it and see if you still have the problem. The scheduled backups will run even if the application interface is closed.
The bSchedStarter process is for the scheduled backups. It has to remain open.

You cannot do that with FBackup, but only with Backup4all, our commercial edition.
Actually the backup in destination is updated with each execution of the backup, so that should be a complete backup.
