Re: Folders restoring empty
Hi,
In Restore Wizard, did you select the "Restore excluded and deleted files" option?
if not, please run again the restore with that option selected.
In the backup destination, can you find the files which should be restored? Do they exist there?

Re: Fbackup - strange problem
Hi,
No other client reported such a problem.
If you run again the backup now, are those files backed up?
If not, is there something special with those files? (permissions, type, location)

Re: DRM getting in the way of the legitimate user yet again
Hi, can you please do a test by closing all applications one by one and trying to open FBackup to see at least what is the app it has a conflict with? If that app doesn't have anything to do with monitoring we'll reach out to themida and see how to fix this. We cannot remove Themida because, even if...

Re: Corrupted filenames.
FBackup supports Unicode filenames starting with version 4.2 (which is an old version). Can you please check that you have a newer version? If it still happens can you email us at [email protected]?

Re: Full and Incremental Backups
Hi,
FBackup doesn't do incremental backups, are you sure you are not using Backup4all instead (because Backup4all can do incremental backups)?

Re: Bacukp .pst Outlook File
Something is still using the .pst file while FBackup tries to back-up. Can you make sure that Outlook is closed (i.e. from task manager) before running the backup again?
