I assume those are zip files from a backup created by FBackup. Can you use the TEST option in FBackup's interface to test the backup job that's associated with the zip files you have? This should detect if zip files are corrupted.

Can you manually start the bservice.exe process from FBackup installation folder?
Does it remain running in Task Manager?

Do you have the same problem if you close Outlook and run again the backup?

Hi, That seems to be a problem with the bservice.exe file from the FBackup installation folder, as being blocked by the antivirus or firewall on your computer. Please put the "bservice.exe" file in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall and run again the backup. You can put the enti...

What is the type of the scheduler used?
Was there any user logged on at the scheduled time?
Do you have the same problem if you schedule the backup to run while you are in front of the computer?
