The rename from Backup Properties->General page should work fine.

The external drives must have the same drive letter in order to use the rotation scheme. You can change the drive letter from the Disk Management page of Computer manager.

There is a plugin for CCleaner. Please go to File->Tools->Plugins menu and download the plugin list then install the CCleaner plugin.
After that you will be able to use it in FBackup.
