Hi,

There are no problems with version 8.3.237 on Windows 10.
We tested it here and it works fine. No other user reported such a problem.
Please try to uninstall FBackup, restart the computer and then reinstall FBackup.
Do you have the same problem?

Hi,

We don't have such problems here.
What about if you disable the Volume Shadow Copy service from Control Panel->Services?

- the last backup log
- the .bkc catalog file
- the name and path of such a file/folder which was not deleted from destination.

Hi,

Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Make sure there aren't multiple scheduled tasks for that job.

Yes, you can install FBackup 8 and then import the backup jobs and settings from version 4.

Hi,

Please wait few minutes and see if the backup starts.
If not, open Task Manager and kill the bBackup.exe process.
Then restart FBackup and try again.

Hi,

When you enable the scheduler, that process should start in Task Manager.
If it doesn't, please try to manually run it from the FBackup installation folder. Does it starts?
