Re: Deleted files aren't removed from destination

Hi,

That option is using the Windows USN journal for faster file changes detection. If the journal is corrupt (that is a rare case) such situations can appear. Unchecking the option will switch to the standard file detection changes used by FBackup. It is slower but more accurate.

Re: Deleted files aren't removed from destination

Hi,

Please send us the .fkc catalog file for that job, from the backup destination.
Also let us know the name and path of a source file which should have been deleted from destination, but it wasn't.
Send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
If the file is large, put it into a zip archive.

Hi,

In "Backup Properties->Type->Mirror", is the "Remove excluded or deleted files" option selected?

Re: I lost almost every backups and can't restore with .fkc file

Hi,

I cannot tell exactly what happened without seeing the entire job history.
It could be there were some problems last time when the test took longer.

Re: Bugs with your Forum, probably because of internal cache...

Hi,

That seems to be a cache problem. Try to press Ctrl+F5
Do you still have the problem?

Re: I lost almost every backups and can't restore with .fkc file

Hi,

Please restart the computer and try again to press Test button.
Is the window still empty?

If yes, please send us the catalog file for that job (Full Backup (1)(2).fkc) to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
