Hi, It seems the message appears during the test phase of the backup. Sometimes, if the destination is a network drive, the connection could be interrupted for a few moments and that is why the warning appears. "not found in backup skipped"

After a back up I sometimes get errors..."not found in backup, skipped". What does this mean?

If I redo the backup, I usually won't get the errors. What does this mean?

CORRECTION:

I choose c: drive but only checked off individual selected folders and files.

Are you saying that I need to do one of the following:

1]filter in the .docx ext.

2]or, individually select the file

3]or, make sure the folder containing the file has a check mark for backup as this will backup all files in it
