You're right. That was it. But, I had checked the permissions on that drive and they permit Computer A to have full read/write access. And, when the program said all is well I assumed all was well. I had to independently share the target folder.

I figured it out. To test to see if it was only copying changed files I was stopping it before it completed and restarting it. The files copied earlier are there but apparently it doesn't realize that and recopies them. Once I let it complete it works as advertised.

Question 1:

Are the files on the mirror viewable using Windows Explorer just like the source files?
Question 2:

When files are deleted from the source are they deleted form the mirror?
