As per my previous post once I changed the name of the backup and and the destination folder name this happened once I deleted everything and started over the issues went away.

I changed the name of the backup then decided after a few backups to change the name of the destination folder name and the actual backup. Problems started from there.
Can't remember the options scenario.
I ended up deleting the backup and destination folder and starting over...so far all is ok.

When I change any of the Type>Options settings for an existing Mirror backup the result is a complete all files backup for the next backup. Is this normal behaviour? I keep getting this warning after a backup "Cannot delete folder:"
Using FBackup v8.9 I keep getting a warning referencing the main target folder saying the folder cannot be deleted. I don't understand why the backup would want to delete the root folder that the backup is going into holding my backup files.
