Sample of error received on some but not all folders/files. I have checked that these folders and files are NOT open anywhere. I am running vers 4.8 build 286 (preferred) on Win7 Ultimate under Admin login in a manual backup. I have confirmed the security and permissions settings. Drv D; is owned by the SYSTEM; permissions are not inherited and the users allowed are Authenticated Users; System; and Administrators.

This only started to occur when I used the encryption function of Win7 Ultimate but have since decrypted all the folders and still get these errors on only some (not all) of the folders/files.

Hi,

Please download and install FBackup 5.4.784 from our website.
Make sure the VSS service is started and runnning.
Let us know if you still have the problem.
