Hi, sorry for my bad english.I've a problem. I'm using FBackup for backup outlook pst on all client. If I logon on windows xp with an user account and i schedule the backup from an user account the backup start correctly but the VSS service don't start so i can't copy for example outlook.pst.

If i logon with an administrator account there are no problem.

How can i solve this?

Hi,
In order to back up open files, you have to use an administrator account.

If you want to back up Outlook pst file from a limited user account, please close Outlook.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,
Fbackup is using the internal scheduler, not the Windows scheduler. That would be possible is you would schedule the backup using Windows Scheduler. That feature is available in Backup4all.
