backup creates weid files, no backup .zip

Hello

After the first initial backup , the next time it runs it creates some weird files (attached)
5_D.z01 437,899KB
5_D.z02 32KB
the files are not recognized by 7-ZIP

It copies from a local drive to another local drive
I can't copy the log files so I pasted the simplified version with the warnings

I have another task that copies exactly the same source files to a different disk and it works fine
D drive to F drive full copy works (I use some filter for some (folders)
D drive to G drive (same setting as above) and it fails

I will appreciate your help.

Hi,

The zip file being large, it is split in smaller files called: .z01, .z02 etc.
They are splits, part of the same large zip file. Near those files you should have a .zip file. Opening/extracting/restoring the .zip file will also restore the files from the splits.

when say near those files there should be a .zip file , what doe sit mean? there are no other files in the folder .

I don't see a .zip anywhere,. It looks to me the .zip is not created or is hidden , any way to find it? the previous picture attached was all there was in the destination folder, where should I look for the .zip? Shouldn't be created in the same destination folder?

Sorry , one more issue. Since the next time it runs , the .zip is not deleted , then eventually the destination disk gets full. So this seems to indicate that the program itself cannot find the .zip files associated with those split files.

Hi,

It seems there is a problem when creating the zip file.
Please delete the backup job and the files in destination.
Install the latest version of FBackup 6.2.246.
Create a new backup job and run it, do you have the same problem on the next executions?

Hi,

Please right click the FBackup setup file you are trying to install and select Properties.
Go to "Digital Signatures" tab. Can you see the Softland SRL digital signatures?
If not, it means the setup was not completely downloaded on your computer. Please try again to download and install it.
