Backup Failed.

I keep getting the message that my last backup failed. That's the entire message. I have downloaded version 4.7 and am using Windows XP.

Please send us the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

I am finding that backup fails intermittently and I get intermittent error messages about an unrecognised backup parameter which bears no relation to the daily backup job that should occur; sometimes the program also crashes.
