Backup from phone>usb

Phone connected w/usb, shows up in windows as location: 'This PC\Redmi Note 8\Internal shared storage'. But this doesn't show up in Fbackup to use as a Source. Any way to do this?

Hi,

You cannot back up your phone using FBackup. The phone must have a drive letter assigned by Windows.
Here is a workaround using our commercial edition Backup4all:
