Backup open outlook .pst file from a limited user account.

Can I backup open outlook .pst file in windows 7 64bit from a limited user account? I tried it but the FBackup create a empty zip file with 1KB size without any error... my pst file is about 6GB!. See my log file:

Hi,
You need to have administrator permissions to back up Outlook.
