Backup Password

Guys please try to help me...
I have stupidly forgotten my backup password amazing really as I only use 4 different passwords. But no I have managed it.
Is there any way to recover this?
In the catalogue my password is listed as:
CATALOG_VERSION=SQLite format 3

BACKUP_PASSWORD=%8D33%DBC3%2790%DC5F%9595%2247%9060%0786%0DE5%0D9D%1977%FB5E%16C8%5044%10F4%4E2F

BACKUP_AS_ENCRIPTION=no
Is there any chance that you guys could decode that ?
Pretty please with cherries on top :D

I'm sorry, we cannot help you. You need to remember the correct password.
