Hi - one of the backup jobs I'm running consistently fails with this message:
Cannot add file "E:\XXXX\MUSIC\iTunes\iTunes Media\MUSIC\Alter Bridge\Blackbird\f165 01 Ties That Bind.m4a" to "\\NAS-01\backup\Data backups\Data backup\".

Zip error: \\NAS-01\backup\Data backups\Data backup\KPZ8028.tmp
Other backups to the NAS complete fine and it has over 1.5TB free space. Windows 7 built-in zip can create a zip with this particular file in it no problem and iTunes plays the track cleanly, so the file itself isn't corrupt.
Any ideas?

Please delete the Temp folder and try again to run the backup.
