Hello -
Is there any workaround to make the FBackup Scheduler run when no user is logged in? Would be a great feature to have.
Thanks.

Hi,
At this moment you can schedule FBackup to run only if the user is logged in.

We added your feature request to our wishlist.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,

I have the latest version of FBackup ( 4.8 Build 286) and I still get the same problem as before that for no apparent reason, sometimes it will run the scheduled backup and other time it will not. I am not using the Windows scheduler and the machines are left logged in at night when the backup should take place. Running windows XP SP3 with all windows updates. Please advice.

Hi,
What is different when the scheduled backup works and when it does not work?

Nothing that I can see. The machine is scheduled to do the backup in the middle of the night so there is no-one at the PC, the PC was left logged in and no applications are running. Sometines it does the backup and sometimes it does NOT. Please let me know what info you need and I will send it. In reading the entries in the forums about this issue, I think that there is an inherent problem with the scheduler and FBackup. Please advice further.

Hi,
I forgot to tell you that the very same problem happens on all the machines I have. Some machines show uo the problem more than others. All machines have various motherboards with various INTEL CPU's, various amount of Memory, all run Windows XP some with SP2 and others with SP3. Let know what info you need and will send it to you.

Thanks
