FBackup V8.8 Build 335 hangs on installation at 91% "Removing Applications"
I tried removing all existing versions, clearing registry entries, deleteing program Files folder and user folder.
Still hangs at 91%.
Any ideas?

I have used FBackup for about a year, when trying to upgrade to the latest release v9.8 the application hangs at "removing application" 91 %.
I have tried to uninstall fbackup with add-remove programs and performed a registry clean. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Please click on Windows Start button and type: regedit.exe
Open the Registry editor and search for "fbackup".
Delete all FBackup entries from the registry.
Then try again to install FBackup.

Thank you for the recommendation however, I am still not able to get past the removing application step and am stuck at... 91%. Any other recommendations?
