We've switched CDN servers and something went wrong, apologizes for that.
Now everything is back to normal and the setup works correctly. If ever in the future there are problems downloading, the full setup (offline installer) is always the best alternative:
http://www.fbackup.com/download/setup/fbsetup-full.exe
